At VIBE WEAR, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

  • Be returned within 2 days of delivery

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Because many of our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand fulfillment, slight variations in color or print placement may occur and are not considered defects.


3. Return Timeframe

Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1–2 days of delivery.

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • Partial or full refund

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


6. Exchange Options

We may offer exchanges for:

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
